Experience of working on Aware helpline for a number of years.

Has volunteered as a Psychotherapist in Newlands Low Cost Therapy Centre and in Donnybrook Centre.

Having always had a strong interest in human nature, I initially completed a B.A. in Psychology. I then went on to qualify as a Primary School Teacher. In my years as a teacher I have predominantly worked with children with Special Needs.
In 2012 I returned to college and began a Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy which is recognised by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), the Irish Association of Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and the European Association of Integrative Psychotherapy (EAIP). In 2017 I completed a Masters (accredited by UCC) in the area of Trauma.
As an Integrative, Client - Centred Therapist I use a wide variety of approaches to meet the individual needs of each client.
